Sainz tells team to manage expectations

Carlos Sainz has asked McLaren to be realistic in terms of their expectations over the next season.  McLaren is looking to re-build as a team after poor performances have plagued them for the last few years. However, new McLaren driver Sainz wants his team to be realistic about their expectations.  “McLaren has a very clear plan which is hopefully in the near future is to go back to what McLaren has always been, which is a winning team.
