Mick Schumacher linked with Ferrari test opportunity

Mick Schumacher could get a surprise testing opportunity in 2019 with Ferrari. According to Italian Motorsport, Schumacher is expected to sign with the Ferrari Young Driver Academy sooner rather than later which could open the door to an F1 test later this year. Although he is yet to officially sign, the details are reportedly set to be finalised soon making Schumacher a member of the Italian team's reserve of young talent. The 19-year-old may also get an F1 test as part of any deal, with testing days in Bahrain and Barcelona both on the table.
