Official Ferrari document confirming Arrivabene's departure

Ferrari has now confirmed Mattia Binotto will replace Maurizio Arrivabene as Ferrari's team principal next season. This follows a year in which change was familiar at Scuderia. 2018 brought another unsuccessful year for Scuderia despite seemingly having the dominant car on the grid. Mercedes came back and comfortably clinched the title a race early.
