Reports: Arrivabene out, Binotto new Ferrari team principal

According to reports, Ferrari are set to confirm Mattia Binotto as their new team principal, replacing Maurizio Arrivabene. Ferrari appear to be willing to shake things up after the team failed to mount a season-long championship challenge to Mercedes and Lewis Hamilton for the second year in a row. Reported by Gazzetta Dello Sport, Arrivabene will be replaced by Ferrari's technical chief Binotto, who will take the reins for the start of the 2019 season. This would indicate that Ferrari president John Elkann has decided that a management reshuffle is required in order to execute a stronger campaign.
