Horner remains adamant 2019 rule changes aren't the "right thing"
Christian Horner remains certain Formula 1 shouldn't have rush introduced the new aerodynamic changes which will come into play this year. Previously, he has claimed the front-wing changes might have no effect. After another year with few, overtakes and a lack of close racing (wheel banging!), Ross Brawn and his team brought forward aerodynamic changes.
