Kubica: "perfect" time for 2019 changes

Robert Kubica has said the 2019 rule changes are coming at the "perfect" time for his return to Formula One. Kubica is making a return to F1, where he will be driving for Williams, alongside George Russell next season - as the team looks for some sort of recovery after an a poor 2018 season. The changes for 2019 include new front wings, brake ducts and bargeboards as part of a raft of aerodynamic rule alterations to try and make the sport more entertaining and overtaking easier. Kubica was close to sealing a seat at the British side for the 2018 season, but the team opted to run with Sergey Sirotkin alongside Lance Stroll, so the Pole had to be the reserve driver instead....
