Images have emerged online of a McLaren-branded mobile phone, set to be released by the Formula 1 team's partner OnePlus. Bearing the team's logo on its back, the OnePlus 6T promises amazing memory and the ability to take a full day's charge in just 20 minutes! We're obliged, naturally, at this juncture to point out that promising big hasn't exactly worked out for the Woking squad in recent years, but there's not a Honda power unit in sight to complicate things here… OnePlus and McLaren confirmed a partnership in November, with the snappy accompanying hashtag #SaluteToSpeed – the irony won't have been lost on Fernando Alonso and Stoffel Vandoorne.
