Brown suggests McLaren's troubles are over ahead of 2019 season

After yet another rough season, McLaren's CEO Zak Brown believes his team are well on the "road to recovery". He suggests the mood in the camp is up and people will see the improvements in the car as soon as they go on track in February. Earlier in the year, Brown pointed the blame at leadership change for their downfall over recent years. He reckons they've now steadied the ship as they work towards the 2019 season. "We created a poor car for 2018. Our company has a lot of individual talent, a hundred people who have been with us for 20 years. We have not had the correct structure.
