Marcus Ericsson demands praise for Sauber recovery in 2018

Charles Leclerc has picked up most of the praise for Sauber's recovery this season, but Marcus Ericsson is adamant he should get some praise as well. While the Swede didn't get a 2019 Ferrari drive like his young team-mate, Ericsson has scored nine points. He claims the work he has put in has been crucial to the team. The 28-year-old insists he's had his best year in Formula 1 which didn't look promising after the first race of the season. Sauber has scored 42 points, and they've lifted themselves into 8th place.
