Alonso prefers show-centered approach to F1 by owners Liberty Media

McLaren driver Fernando Alonso has given his seal of approval to F1 owners Liberty Media, who have made the sport more about the fans, the drivers and about the spectacle in general. Alonso has three races left in his Formula One-career before he hangs up his gloves. He'll hope that they'll last longer than they did in Austin last weekend, when his MCL33 got nailed from the side by Lance Stroll's Williams in the very first lap, ending his race. In the 17 years that the Spaniard has been in the sport, he's seen both the old owner Bernie Ecclestone and the new owners, Liberty Media.
