Ocon: ‘Stupid’ US GP DSQ ‘worst feeling ever’

Esteban Ocon has branded his United States Grand Prix disqualification as “stupid” and the “worst feeling ever” after losing his latest Formula 1 points finish. The Force India driver finished eighth on the road at the Circuit of the Americas but was excluded from the results after being found to have exceeded the legal fuel flow limit on the opening lap of Sunday’s race. “The Stewards reviewed the telemetry evidence, heard from the driver of car 31 (Esteban Ocon) and team representatives,” an FIA notice read. “The Stewards find that the fuel mass flow exceeded 100 kg/hr during Lap 1 of the race.” Ocon took to social media following the race to vent his frustrations....
