Vettel: Ferrari "took too long" to react to recent upgrade-struggles

Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel thinks that his team took too long to snuff out the issues that came with the upgraded package in Singapore, as the Italian team were slower than Mercedes for two straight races after Singapore as well. Although Lewis Hamilton didn't officially win the drivers' championship on Sunday in Austin, it's only a matter of time at this point. He's 70 points ahead of Vettel with just three races to go, meaning that the Brit needs six more points in those three races to seal his fifth title.
