Ocon investigated over fuel flow breach

Esteban Ocon's eighth place finished at the United States GP is under threat after Force India were summoned to the stewards over an alleged fuel infringement. Ocon started Sunday's race at the Circuit of the Americas sixth on the grid and 56 laps later brought his Racing Point Force India F1 car home in eighth place. That, however, is under threat. Following the grand prix Force India were summoned to the stewards to answer an alleged infringement of 'exceeding the fuel mass flow [limit] during lap one.' Article 5.1.4 of the FIA Formula One Technical Regulations states that 'fuel mass flow must not exceed 100kg/h.' The last time a car was found to have breached this rule, back in 2014,...
