Robert Kubica 'cannot wait until December' for 2019 F1 news

Robert Kubica says he is not willing to wait until after the Formula 1 season has finished in order to finalise his 2019 plans. Kubica began targeting a return to Formula 1 in mid-2017, six years after sustaining severe arm injuries in a rally crash, and undertook test runs with Renault and Williams. Kubica was overlooked in favour of Sergey Sirotkin but remained affiliated with Williams through a test and reserve driver role, which has led to a handful of test and FP1 outings in the FW41.
