More grid penalties for the Toro Rosso drivers

United States Grand Prix – Both Toro Rossos of Pierre Gasly & Brendon Hartley will have to start from the back of the grid again after the team elected to fit their cars with new Honda power units. It's been a trying couple of weekends for the two drivers, after Honda brought out their new and improved Spec C engine for the Russian Grand Prix. While it wasn't used for the race in Sochi, the change of power units meant both drivers started from the back of the grid. They were then used for the Japanese Grand Prix, the manufacturer's home race two weeks ago.
