Honda to run old-spec power unit after testing upgrade yesterday

The two Toro Rosso cars ran with new spec power units yesterday, but Honda have reverted the changes for the remaining sessions this weekend. Tanabe-san explains in a tweet how he felt the performance was promising but more work was needed.
