Sirotkin says his Williams was ‘falling apart' after Perez clash

Singapore Grand Prix – Williams' Sergey Sirotkin says his car was badly damaged after being run into by Force India's Sergio Perez. Sirotkin ended up being one of the stars of the race at Marina Bay. Having lined up in P19, the Russian driver picked up some debris on the opening lap in the form of some of the wheel rim of Esteban Ocon's car; the Force India driver having been pitched into the wall at Turn 3 by his teammate Sergio Perez. With Sirotkin requiring a pitstop to get rid of the debris, Williams fitted him with the Soft tyres with the aim of getting to the end of the race. This meant that he came under serious pressure in the second half of the race as drivers he leapfrogged...
