Renault: Slave teams a real problem in F1

Formula One will have a "real problem" with having only a couple of manufacturers who have the power to win races if F1 don't act on it, according to Renault technical chief Nick Chester... With the budget cap coming to the sport in 2021, this lad led to worries about bigger teams being able to find ways around the cap by collaborations with smaller teams. This would mean that the spending would be done by the smaller sides and it would also gelp the manufacturer's performance progress.
