Ferrari has the most powerful engine, Honda is making progress

As they do in multiple stages of the season, Auto Motor und Sport have analyzed each engine's performance in F1 based on GPS-data, and they have concluded that Ferrari have the strongest engine in the field. The Italians have had the best package this season, despite them being second in both championships. The report from Auto Motor und Sport, which states that Ferrari's engine produces 790 horsepower compared to Mercedes's 780 horsepower, confirms this on the engine side of things.  Renault and Honda are way behind that, in terms of raw power.
