Gasly excited for first ever Singapore drive

Pierre Gasly has never raced on the Singapore circuit before, but he believes that it is a track that will suit him. Gasly was called up to the Toro Rosso team at the race after the Singaporean Grand Prix, replacing Daniil Kvyat. The Frenchman is in his last few races for Toro Rosso before he joins up with the senior Red Bull team, replacing the Renault-bound Daniel Ricciardo. Gasly is in good form recently, scoring points at both the Hungarian and Belgian Grands Prix, although he could only manage 14th last time out in Italy, albeit on a track that does not suit Toro Rosso’s car.
