FIA knew about Haas's illegal floor already

Romain Grosjean got disqualified from the Italian Grand Prix for running with an illegal floor after Renault handed in a complaint, but the FIA already knew about the illegal, Motorsport have reported. The Italian Grand Prix was chaotic enough as it was, but Renault and Haas gave a nice little aftershock in the hours after the dust had settled at Monza. The French team handed in a complaint against Haas, who were running with an illegal floor according to them, and the FIA complied, disqualifying Grosjean and thus bumping Carlos Sainz up a place for Renault.
