Haas confirms it will appeal Italian GP exclusion

Haas team boss Guenther Steiner has confirmed his team will appeal a decision to exclude Romain Grosjean from the Italian Grand Prix result. Grosjean finished Sunday’s race in sixth position, a result that lifted Haas equal on points with Renault in the standings, and ahead on countback. After the race though, Renault lodged a protest against Grosjean’s car and the stewards chose to disqualify the Frenchman over a non-compliant floor design. Steiner, posting on the team's Twitter, confirmed Haas' intention to appeal the decision.
