Gasly on Honda: "Verstappen will profit from our progress"

Toro Rosso driver Pierre Gasly seems to be having a tough season for Red Bulls development team, but the 22-year-old Frenchman thinks there are a lot of positives to be taken from this season. Gasly finished within the points last weekend at Spa Francorchamps in P9, which is a sign of how well Honda are developing throughout this season. That's because Spa is a very power-heavy circuit, and power typically was the area where the Japanese power unit struggled most. Talking to Dutch tv station NOS, the Red Bull driver of next season explained why he thinks his relationship with Honda this season and in years past will carry over to Red Bull in 2019.
