Full transcript from the Thursday FIA hosted press conference on the opening day of the Italian Grand Prix weekend, Round 14 of the 2018 Formula 1 World Championship, at Monza, featuring team representatives: Ben Agathangelou (Haas), Mattia Binotto (Ferrari), Aldo Costa (Mercedes) and Simone Resta (Sauber).
