Reports: Bob Fernley leaves Force India
Belgian Grand Prix – Force India's deputy team principal Bob Fernley is no longer associated with the team, according to reports. In one of the first changes made by the Lawrence Stroll-led consortium – who purchased the team earlier in the summer break – Bob Fernley has been told that he will no longer be part of the management structure at force India, according to Autosport. With former team principal and owner Vijay Mallya unable to attend the majority of the races due to legal issues, Fernley has frequently acted as team principal on race weekends. It is anticipated that the current chief operations officer Otmar Szanauer will lead the management team in the interim....
