Gasly: "I was in my underwear" when Red Bull called
Pierre Gasly has admitted that he was caught off-guard when he got the call from Red Bull Racing's Dr Helmut Marko to join the Bulls next season, as the Frenchman was very underdressed at the time. The 22-year-old has had an impressive campaign at Red Bull's development team Toro Rosso, and he has been deemed fit to make the step up and become Max Verstappen's new teammate. Gasly's highlight of the season was in Bahrain, where he somehow qualified in P6 and even more amazingly, finished in fourth. The last race before the summer break, the Frenchman also mustered an impressive P6-finish in his Toro Rosso, leaving a good taste in the mouths of the entire paddock. He now reveals that he...
