Toto Wolff warns Liberty Media against changing too much in Formula One, and says it would be "madness" if they did. Liberty Media have proposed plans to shake up Formula One in 2021 - in an attempt to make the sport more exciting to gain more fans and please the current fans more. There's a proposed budget cap and a new set of power regulations, and that has infuriated teams, not least Mercedes.
