RUMOUR: Hamilton's contract to be announced this weekend!
Lewis Hamilton is expected to announce his contract extension at Mercedes this weekend. The Silver Arrows will take part in their home Grand Prix this weekend in Hockenheim. The team have suggested Hamilton’s contract has been sorted since the start of the season with just minor details to be sorted. According to GrandPrix 247, the Brit is to sign on this weekend and will be part of the German team until 2021. The contract is expected to be worth $170 million, one of F1’s biggest contract deals ever.
