Toto Wolff: Mercedes still has quickest car
Mercedes boss Toto Wolff still believes his team has the quickest car in the field despite scoring fewer points than title-rivals Ferrari over the course of F1's recent triple-header. The Silver Arrows managed to clinch three consecutive pole positions but failed to convert them to victory on two occasions, this included a double DNF in Austria as both cars suffered mechanical failures. Poor misfortune also hampered their efforts at Silverstone as Lewis Hamilton was hit by Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen on the opening lap and a late safety car spoiled the team's strategy.
