Zak Brown: "Matrix management" the root of all problems at McLaren

Zak Brown has vowed to remove the "matrix management" which has plagued McLaren over the past season. He suggests it is this management method which has caused the team to be paralysed and prevents high-quality employees from reaching their full potential. The matrix management was introduced by Martin Whitmarsh just after the turn of the Millennium when Adrian Newey left. Brown, the current CEO suggests this is what has hampered McLaren.
