No knee-jerk reaction at Williams says Paddy Lowe

Paddy Lowe, the Techincal officer at Williams, says the team will not make any major changes to the car following early season woes. As we approach the halfway point, the British team have scored just four points. They have the only driver, Sergey Sirotkin, to be pointless this season. At Silverstone, their woes continued with both drivers having to start the race from the pit-lane. Lowe confirms they will not change the concept of the car following this recent disappointment.
