Cyril Abiteboul hails ‘outstanding’ race from Nico Hulkenberg

Renault's Managing Director Cyril Abiteboul has hailed the efforts of Nico Hulkenberg, who secured a sixth-place finish at the British Grand Prix. Hulkenberg started from outside the top 10 on the grid but surged up the order courtesy of a strong lap, and fended off Sauber's Charles Leclerc during the first stint of the race. Hulkenberg preserved seventh, which became sixth when Red Bull's Max Verstappen suffered a brake-by-wire failure during the latter stages.
