Hartley takes on new power unit elements for British GP

Considering Brendon Hartley's start from the pitlane this afternoon following his crash in FP3 yesterday, Honda has opted to fit the Kiwi's Toro Rosso with new power unit elements. The Faenza-based outfit was forced to build up a new chassis for the Kiwi yesterday, leading Hartley to sit out qualifying, which in turn triggered a pitlane start. Williams rear wing aero issue 'never seen before' by Lowe Honda has announced that Hartley has taken on a new Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), his sixth of the season, and a fifth MGU-K element.
