Lowe: "Williams have a phenomenon"
The Williams FW41 chassis has been so bad so far that Paddy Lowe has described what is happening with their car as a "phenomenon". Paddy Lowe has had some seriously strong words regarding Williams' car at the moment. The team's technical chief has described what's happening with their car as an aerodynamic "phenomenon". Lance Stroll and Sergey Sirotkin are the men behind the wheel in Williams' two cars and they are still relatively inexperienced. Williams' job is to provide them with a machine capable of letting the two drivers progress in their own way. As it stands, the team can't provide a competent car in order to achieve the necessary performances or results....
