Full transcript from the FIA Thursday press conference on the first day of the British Grand Prix weekend, Round 10 of the 2018 Formula 1 World Championship, at Silverstone, featuring: Zak Brown (McLaren), Guenther Steiner (Haas), Clare Williams (Williams) and Vijay Mallya (Force India).
