WATCH: Controversial finish to 2002 Austrian Grand Prix

16 years ago at the Austrian Grand Prix, Ferrari drivers Rubens Barrichello and Michael Schumacher made one of the most controversial moments in F1 history. Spectators were upset with the team-orders from Ferrari which was the second time they'd done such a thing in Austria. After the race, Schumacher held a 27 point lead in the drivers' championship over closest rival Juan Pablo Montoya. After 17 races, the German won the World Championship by a hefty margin proving the outcome of the Austrian GP wasn't required.
