Brawn claims 2019 regulations have been nailed down

Ross Brawn suggests the debate surrounding the 2019 aerodynamic regulations has come to a close. The regulations changes are coming in with the intention of improving overtaking.  It’s expected that teams will run with a larger span front wing and a lower and deeper rear wing.
