Bob Bell pitches idea to have reverse starting grid

The new aerodynamics rules should be making things more exciting in the F1 from next season on, but Renault's technical director Bob Bell has a different idea to make things more interesting; a reverse grid. Yes, it's exactly what you think it is. The best car starts last, the worst car starts at pole position. As the current top teams are only looking to improve one-lap speed rather than overtaking cars, this would shake things up in a massive way.
