Williams' Paddy Lowe admits team are underperforming

Williams' Chief Techincal Officer, Paddy Lowe admits that his team are "not where they need to be" following another unsatisfactory performance at the weekend. Lance Stroll's crash with Brendon Hartley meant the driver did not finish and Sergey Sirotkin finished last out of the seventeen drivers who did finish. "This was a very disappointing result, especially for Lance's fans and there were many of them here for his home race in Canada," Lowe told GPToday.com.
