Prost to leave Renault e.dams at end of season
Nico Prost will leave the Renault e.dams Formula E team at the end of the current season, the team has announced. The son of four-time Formula 1 world champion and initial team co-team principal Alain Prost has races in the series since its inaugural season, taking the first ever pole in Beijing. Prost has had an underwhelming season where a best finish of eighth so far this season, plus running a six-race pointless streak currently, leaves him languishing in 18th in the driver’s championship. His champion team-mate Sebastien Buemi meanwhile sits fourth having taken two podiums. His father Alain sold his shares in the team to the e.dams owner Jean-Paul Driot in April, with Renault...
