Canada GP: Qualifying team notes - Mercedes

Valtteri scored P2 in Qualifying, his best ever qualifying result at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve and tenth front row start in Formula One. Lewis will start tomorrow's race from P4 on the grid. Both drivers will start tomorrow's Grand Prix on the UltraSoft tyre. Valtteri Bottas: That was a pretty good qualifying session. I was able to find a lot of performance from FP3 to qualifying and it felt like I got everything out of the car. It's a good result, although it's not perfect to start behind the Ferrari, but we knew that they would bring some improvements for this weekend.
