Lance Stroll feels he has made 'big step' compared to 2017

Lance Stroll believes he has made a “big step” as a driver as he prepares to tackle his home Grand Prix for a second time. Stroll stepped up to Formula 1 with Williams last year to become the first Canadian on the grid since Jacques Villeneuve departed the scene mid-2006. Stroll endured a mixed campaign as several low moments were contrasted by unexpected peaks – including scoring his first ever points on home soil, courtesy of ninth position. Opportunities have been few and far between for Williams in 2018 due to the difficulties it has endured with its problematic FW41.
