Toro Rosso 'starting to unlock potential'

Toro Rosso driver Brendon Hartley says that the team are now unlocking the STR13‘s potential after they scored another points finish. Hartley however, was not the driver to score the points in Monaco, with teammate Pierre Gasly coming seventh.  More encouragingly for the former World Endurance Champion, Hartley ran well in Free Practice – registering the seventh fastest time in Saturday morning’s FP3 session.  “It had been a strong weekend,” Hartley said.  “Not really much to show for it unfortunately.” “I’m still pretty positive for Montreal.
