Brawn: "You shouldn't expect much action in Monaco"
In his column, Formula One executive Ross Brawn has deemed it naïve to think that Monaco races will have lots of overtaking, as the street circuit is way too narrow for any overtaking to be done. Brawn argues that Monaco is a unique circuit and that expectations should therefore be altered. "I heard from multiple drivers and other involved people that the race was boring," he wrote. "Indeed, it was a race where not much was happening, mainly because of the situation around the tyres.
