Vettel after P2-finish: "Couldn't get closer"
Even though Daniel Ricciardo had problems with his engine, Sebastian Vettel couldn't really catch up with the Aussie, which frustrated Vettel. He ended up in P2 and even had to look in his mirrors at the end, as Lewis Hamilton was charging from behind in third place. Still, Vettel gave credit where it was due to the man who beat him. "We had the pace, but it was a difficult race," Vettel told track-side reporter David Coulthard after climbing out of his Ferrari. "Daniel had an answer for everything and he pushed when he had to.
