McLaren confirm £200million investment from new shareholder Michael Latifi

McLaren has revealed that their new £200million investment has come courtesy of Michael Latifi, announcing him as a significant shareholder of the company. Michael Latifi is father of F2 driver Nicholas Latifi Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa, McLaren Group Executive Chairman said he was excited for the future of McLaren after this significant investment. "This injection of capital is a vote of confidence in our future strategy and the group remains as focused as ever in positioning for growth. "We are delighted Michael Latifi has joined the McLaren family." Latifi himself said he was a distant fan of McLaren and that the new investment presented new opportunities...
