Leclerc “potential future world champion”

Engineering veteran Xevi Pujolar has been working with Charles Leclerc for a long time, and he’s sure that the rookie is a potential future world champion. Pujolar, who also worked with Max Verstappen in his time at Toro Rosso, tells Spanish newspaper El Mundo Deportivo that the Monegasque has all the tools to become champion. “He’s a potential world champion, I’m sure of it,” he said. The 20-year-old started the season slowly but has been in excellent form recently, as he’s finished in the points in back-to-back races in his Sauber.
