Hamilton: Ferrari are probably sandbagging or something
Mercedes were unbeatable during the first free practice day of the Spanish Grand Prix weekend, with Valtteri Bottas quickest in FP1 and Lewis Hamilton topping the timing screens at the end of FP2, but the world champion is convinced Ferrari have yet to show their hand. Speaking to reporters in Barcelona on Friday afternoon, Hamilton said, 'I think it's still very close. Not really quite sure where Ferrari's pace was today, but they're probably sandbagging or something. They'll bring it out tomorrow.' Hamilton ended the 90-minutes afternoon session fastest of all, a tenth up on the best Red Bull lap time and three tenths up on the Ferrari of Sebastian Vettel. The Briton added, 'The Red...
