Williams ask for rule clarification after Baku penalty

Williams has asked race stewards to re-look at several incidents that occurred during the Azerbaijan Grand Prix which led to Sergey Sirotkin earning a grid penalty for Spain. The Russian was handed a three-place grid penalty after colliding with Sergio Perez on the opening lap of the race. The incident involving these two isn't the only thing Williams has asked for clarification about, Pierre Gasly's moment with Kevin Magnussen on the pit straight as well as Kimi Raikkonen's contact with Esteban Ocon, that put the latter into the barriers and out of the race, have also been queried.
