Haas Could Alter 2019 Car design After Wings Rule Change

Haas could alter the car Haas team principal Guenther Steiner has said that the team will probably have to change its R&D strategy to deal with the new 2019 front and rear wing rules that were recently passed. It's understood that Haas is one of several teams that voted against the proposal, which is aimed at improving overtaking.
